Transitional Housing Program

House of Hope, Most of the women who live in the transitional housing complex have never been taught the basic skills required to live independently. When mothers do not have the skills to live successfully independently, barriers to parenting also exist.

Teaching mothers the elements of social, cognitive, language, physical, and cultural pathways is a critical challenge. This program provides intensive case management services to assist women to develop the skills needed to live independently.
