Permanent Housing Program

“The Village Place” this is a seventeen unit apartment building located on the East Side of St. Paul. Single women, women with children can reside in this program for as long as they desire.

Lack of adequate, safe housing affects sixty percent of Breaking Free’s clientele. Helping prostituted African-American women locate safe housing presents a formidable challenge.
