What is the John School?
The Offenders Prostitution Program (OPP), or John School, is an 8-hour, all day seminar (so plan your weekend accordingly) led by Breaking Free staff, the St. Paul City Attorney's office, law enforcement, sexual and mental health experts, community members, and most importantly, survivors of sex trafficking and prostitution.

Who can attend?
The John School is intended for first-time prostitution offenders only. This program is not appropriate for chronic offenders, traffickers, or predatory sex offenders.

How much does it cost?
The cost to attend the John School is $750. The price of the class was set in agreement with the St. Paul City Attorney's Office, and all funds go directly to services for victims and survivors of sex trafficking and prostitution.

How do I pay?
You can pay for the John School with a money order or cashier's (bank teller's check) only. Personal checks and cash are NOT accepted. Cashier's checks or money orders must be made out to "Breaking Free." Payment is due the day you attend the class.
