Combating commercial sexual exploitation in Minnesota requires partnership and multi-agency collaboration. In order to achieve its mission, Breaking Free cultivates relationships with key stakeholders and works closely with service providers, churches, district courts, county attorneys, corrections and probation, social services, and federal, state, and local law enforcement.
